The Financial Commission and Compensation Fund

VT Markets is a registered member of the Financial Commission, an independent external organisation committed to resolving disputes and complaints within the forex industry. With expertise in conflict resolution, the Financial Commission enhances trader protection through its Compensation Fund, which acts as insurance for clients of its member firms.

Should a dispute with VT Markets not be resolved, clients can submit their complaint to the Financial Commission, adhering to the guidelines outlined in the Client Agreement. The Compensation Fund guarantees coverage for rulings issued by the Financial Commission, offering up to €20,000 per client (subject to Terms & Conditions).
